Shipping Policy

At Slø, we ship our custom-crafted jeans worldwide (like a world tour, but for awesome pants). Each pair is made with love in our Istanbul factory and ships directly to your door through our shipping partners.

1. the timeline

Here's how it rolls:

  • We craft your jeans within 30 days (that's our promise)
  • Watch your jeans' journey through each production stage - from crafting to delivery
  • Once your jeans hit the fulfillment stage, they're packed and ready within 4 days
  • You'll get your tracking number in your member profile and by email as soon as our shipping partner picks up your package
  • Shipping typically takes 7 days, but this can vary based on your location and carrier limitations
  • Track everything through your member profile at www.slo.co/members

2. your member profile

Keep an eye on your order and manage your information through your member profile:

  • Track your order's journey stage by stage
  • Made a mistake inputting your address or moving? Don't panic!
    • You can change the address in your profile or order info in your member profile section.
    • But there is a time limit... when your jeans get to the fulfillment stage, the address can't be changed.
  • View all order updates in one place
  • Get email notifications at every stage

3. shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Your location
  • Package size and weight
  • Current shipping partner rates

For exchanges:

  • Replacement jeans ship free
  • Return shipping might be on you if there was a measuring mishap on your end
  • All other legitimate exchanges ship free (we keep it fair!)

4. customs

4.1 for canadian customers

The Government of Canada charges:

  • 5% GST on imports
  • HST (13%) in participating provinces
  • Duties based on item value and origin

We wish we could help more with this, but unfortunately, we can't fight the tax man on your behalf!

4.2 for everyone else

  • Customs and duties vary by country
  • Most customers won't face additional charges
  • Stay informed about your local import rules

5. where we don't ship to

We can't ship to APO, DPO address and PO box. We don't ship to forwarding address.

6. keeping your order details accurate and up-to-date

Your member profile at www.slo.co/members is like your personal backstage dressing room - it's where the magic happens. Make sure you keep your delivery details up to date throughout the 30-day production and shipping timeline.

  • You can update your delivery details anytime before fulfillment
  • Once your order hits the fulfillment stage, addresses are locked in
  • Keep an eye on those production updates
  • Wrong address = expensive international return shipping (definitely not groovy)
  • We'll let you know when your order enters fulfillment through your profile

7. the fine print

Every order is:

  • Fully insured through our shipping partners
  • Trackable through your member profile
  • Handled with care from our factory to your door
