In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the following definitions apply:

  • "Services" means the Slø website, product customizer, virtual tailor integration, production, and fulfillment services operated by Human Clothing Company, excluding shipping services which are provided by third parties.
  • "Measurements" means either: (a) measurements obtained through our integrated Bodygram virtual tailor service ("Bodygram Measurements"), or (b) measurements manually submitted by the customer ("Manual Measurements")
  • "Production" means the process of creating custom jeans, including but not limited to: size matching, pattern creation, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, quality control, and fulfillment.
  • "Fulfillment" means the process of packing orders, applying shipping labels, ensuring all items are properly packed, and preparing necessary customs documentation. Fulfillment ends when orders are collected by our shipping partners.
  • "Customization" means the customer's selection of available options including: jean cut (when multiple cuts are available), wash, button color, hem finish, and name label personalization.
  • "Exchange Form" means the official form provided by Slø for customers to request returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

1. introduction

These Terms govern your use of Slø's Services operated by Human Clothing Company ("we," "us," or "our"), incorporated in Delaware, United States. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. member profiles

2.1 account requirements

You must create a member profile to place orders with Slø. Your profile stores:

  • Order history
  • Measurements
  • Shipping information
  • Personal details and contact information

2.2 account management

  • Only one set of measurements can be stored per account
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality
  • Account sharing is not recommended as it may affect measurement accuracy and order processing
  • You may close your account at any time if no orders are in production
  • Upon account closure, your data will be retained or deleted in accordance with applicable international and local data privacy laws

2.3 profile modifications

  • You may update your address until your order reaches the fulfillment stage
  • Personal details can be modified at any time
  • Order customizations cannot be changed once production begins
  • No fees apply for permitted changes

3. measurements and sizing

3.1 measurement options

We offer two methods for providing measurements:

  • Bodygram Virtual Tailor (Recommended)
    • Integrated measurement service
    • Slø assumes responsibility for measurement accuracy
    • No fees for remakes or returns if measurements are incorrect
  • Manual Measurements
    • Customer assumes responsibility for accuracy
    • $25 remake fee plus return shipping applies if measurements are incorrect
    • Customer should not rely on standard retail sizes (e.g., "32/32") as reference

3.2 measurement guarantee

We guarantee production to the exact measurements provided by the customer, subject to:

  • Measurements being accurately provided
  • Verification through our quality control process
  • Manufacturing tolerances, dependent on the overall size of the jeans, of between:
    • Minimum: up to 0.1 centimeters variation for the smallest size
    • Maximum: up to 2.0 centimeters variation for the biggest size

4. orders and production

4.1 production timeline

  • We guarantee order fulfillment within 30 days of order confirmation
  • Customers will receive email notifications about production stage updates
  • Production status is viewable in member profiles

4.2 customization

  • Available design options may change over time
  • Customization is limited to options presented in our customizer
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any design options

4.3 payment methods

We accept:

  • Shop Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card

5. returns and exchanges

5.1 eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Sizing issues where garments do not fit
  • Manufacturing defects

5.2 timeline and process

  • Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • The Exchange Form must be completed within 14 days of receiving it
  • Photo evidence is recommended for faster processing
  • We reserve the right to reasonably deny sizing issues claims

5.3 fees

  • No fees for Bodygram measurement errors
  • $25 remake fee plus return shipping for incorrect manual measurements
  • No fees for manufacturing defects

6. shipping and delivery

6.1 shipping services

  • Shipping services are provided by third-party carriers
  • Our responsibility ends when orders are collected from our factory
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes from Turkey

6.2 customer service

  • Response time: 24-72 hours, typically within 24 hours

7. general provisions

7.1 governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

7.2 modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

7.3 severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
